That said - they probably don't need no four million dollars to conduct that study. There are plenty of smart capable UWI grads who'd be willing to do that for 1/4 of the price or even less. It never occured to them that the toll road ends in a two lane traffic jam in either direction. Marcus Garvey Drive have traffic going to town and to HWT even on weekends. Then the stupid idiots in authority just smile sweetly and stamp "approved" on the project. People must get sent to prison over these things, not just lose work, do some jail time for stupidity. so true.
