Server shut down for maintenance and i lost alot of shit
So i woke up on saturday to a error page for my domain name. Checked the server company support forum, and bam there it was. my server that i host on was down for systemm checks and they found some corrupt logs and backups they actually did a full reinstall of the os.. (redhat). long and short is. i lost a few weeks from my server. eveerything that i host on my domain was reverted. to maybe 2 - 3 weeks. i lost like 3 blog entries i think. and they were so flipping long too i’m so pissed :(.. so i’ve decided. i will do a replica of my blog locally. then.. when i get the chance i update the live blog. cause this some real bullshit..

U know i was thinking the same thing… make a local backup of my blog. Just in case shit like that happens.
Well I guess you can be grateful it wasn’t EVERYTHING that was lost.

its a pretty good and trusted hosting company actually. its just a gay thing that happened.. the os curruption killed ere thing.
