The cops think we should fear them
I work at the Gleaner Company. Smack dab in down town kingston (yeah i hate it). I’m heading home and i see vendors scrambling.. then i get a glimpse of it and at first i was like nah. its not what i think. this cop walking through like he’s the don of the area.. and all the people should fear me. The bitch actually had a smirk on his face, man i felt like if i could do it without beign shot i’ld just pimp smack him. so there he was walking through bumping stalls and all like move before i break all your shit..
Is this the attitude your “law enforcers” should be having i think not. Its nothing much of a post i just had to talk about it he was enjoying what he was doing and the reaction the people had towards him wayyy too much for comfort.

I hear you. I sat in the muffler shop some time ago and an unmarked car drove in and the occupants jumped out sporting numerous handguns and high powered rifles. I look at them ….merino and vest does not constitute a uniform but hey it seemed to be the new police issue. If the guys at the shop hadn’t identified them they could have passed for criminals.

the local police force doesn’t emphasize the moral part of being a police officer. The average policeman is just some guy off the street that can’t find work. That’s why it’s so easy for them to become corrupt.

I understand your point and agree but the example given is wrong…legal law abiding vendors don’t need to run at the sight of cops…at least i hope not ^^
