Shut Down Photoja ?? hmm what to do
So It just occured to me omfg i been ignoring my photo site. checked it it’s been getting traffic most of which might be spam cause the forum is loaded with spammers so.. i just got the idea. maybe i should kill the site move all the photos to my blog.. set up a proper gallery on the blog and have other users have the ability to sign up for the gallery on my blog? what do you think??
either that or i do a photo.animesynergy.com or maybe as a subdomain as in876.. but then that would be essentially creating another photoja.net. while my blog already has a decent flow of traffic on a monthly basis.. i dunno.. gimmi some feed back on what to do.
oh as an aside madbull use lightbox js plugin from stimuli to get the pics to pop up like mine do.

Well i just tested out Flickr’s blogging tool and it works flawlessly….. with wordpress (good enuff for me)
From once you have an account on flickr all you do is go to ur photos and click “Blog This”. The setup is pretty simple, but if ur gonna have other ppl post their images they’re gonna have to know the username and password for ur blog.

really? why cant they just sign up and use their own username and password. wouldn’t that work?

Just tried it and that also works.. but they have to be added as authors or someone with some writing privileges.

I’m running it over in my mind.. I actually think i might just setup wp on photoja and we work with that. what do you think.

It should work. You could even have a page for each authour (Slideshow, showing their pics). But it might not work if the site gets huge.
A better thing would be a gallery that can display random pics. Im pretty sure i came across a nice flickr gallery.. very neat but i’ld have to re-check.
But everybody can post on the same page for now
