Speed Racer… Not so bad.
I watched speed racer for the second time with a chick last night and I’ve gotta say the movie rocks for what it is. It got everything right. The fashion The jargon, The fighting The corny / odd scenes with spritle and chim chim. Everything was done just right. It outdid the the animation in everyway possible. The race battles were pretty awesome. I thought the kid that acted as speed looked fairly close to the cartoon character as well. Good Job Wichowski Brothers.

The cg rules btw, i thought it would look horrible.

It was one of my favorite movies of the summer. An absolute delight.
I will definitely pick up the DVD when it comes out ten days from now!
