i feel like running…

Sooo operation birthday 2k9 is over 24 hours behind. It was ok. My fiance got mesomething I rly needed :) . Soo running eh, seems to be the form physical training for me and @vampnixen for the current moment till january, where we will enter the gym. For the first in a while. We’ve been doing pretty good with the running tho, tonight we gonna try run sprints. If possible. That stuff rly strips fat so we’ll see how it affects us.
