Your dirty muther fucker.. now you low down dirty mother fucker and i do not mean that in a shaft cool kind of way. you disgusting sniveling cheap ass peice of hardware making substandard media personal computer piece of shit company. WHAT THE FUCK MAN. So a few months ago i get a new notebook the hp dv6000. A note book i have wanted ever since i first saw it.. like a rolls royce among the media pc’s in my opinion.. but this is clearly based on looks alone it has the guts of a bycicle. The first thign to happen was the display went. I eventually got the monitor replaced. Then the wireless card stopped working. nothing i could do about that i decided i’ld just use a lan cable and call it a day. now last night I get home about to burn a cd for a best friend on booting up.. 3 beeps 1 long 2 short. What does that translate to? DEAD VIDEO ADAPTER.. FUCK YOU VERY MUCH HEWLETT PACKARD. based on the fact that the video adapter is soldered to the mother board i’m gonna have to buy a new mobo which is probably the same as buying a new notebook. In some regard i’m like fuck laptops in general cuz the design is just so stupid if one thing goes i gotta change almost everything because its all designed as 1 block soldered together except for ram of course. 

My situation at the current moment is pretty fucked up. I do free lance photography in this state i cannot post process my image. I do webdevelopment for my self I cannot work on my own projects. I’m basically cripped on my earning grounds. hp you really really fucked me in a non gay way. worse decission i ever made to date was selling my inspiron 6400 and buying the dv6000. the inspirons only problem was it had missing screws. but i’ld take missing screw over not having a fucking laptop to use anyday of the week. hp should just go bankrupt tomorrow. I dont think any one can understand how much i’m hating this company right now.

The resolutions was a macbook but after having the night to calm down i’ve decided to build a powerhouse-ish desktop and buy one of those sub  400 dollar netbooks for when i’m on the road. the powerhouse-ish pc will really be focusing on photography post processing.

will want a 22 inch monitor 20 minimum. That screen realestate really comes in handy when post processing. The processor i’m thinking a core 2 dou or at least a core dou. Memory 2 gigs and hd 250 – 500. The rest can be whatever for all i care. but desktop is the next purchase then a cheap notebook.

I’m not 100% sure what it can do but I want it. lol.. even has a button to beam you up to the star trek voyager. the thing is fully loaded man.

It finally came. Everything is great. Ebay worked out after all. It was a really nice bundle. Roughly $550 usd for

• Rebel xt body (silver)
• 28 – 80 mm tamron lens kit
• table top tripod
• Lens Cleaning kit
• 1 gig CF card
• all manuals all cd’s
• all cables

Everything that was promised was delivered.

What I need to get right now is

• A sturdy camera bag big enough to carry my camera and lens
• a better sun flare for my lens
• a few filters

What I want to get

• A new tripod old one works but I wanted a new oner with the lil winding thing to lower / hiehten the Y hieght of the camera ( probably wont buy this )
• a 75 – 300 usm canon lens for macro shots
• A super wide angle lense but thats gonna rape my wallet.

I really dont know what to call this one.. but newayz.. i was at work early again from 7:15 actually i used the 45 minutes before work to clear a whole level of prince of persia rival swords on psp. Work is now fully in session but i just wanna go home .. I’m tired from badminton and not going to bed early. The plan for the day is to finish of a site for this restoration company and then do some work on manning cup cuase time is running out on me for that project and the season is near yet again.

This evening i plan to link up with owen-san to purchase me a gamecube for the otouto – (little brother – correct me if i spelled wrong mr jamaipanese) . His birthday was saturday and i figured why not get him something coolish.. its not brand new but it plays games just the same.. There will be a late out of the blue gift for him in about 3 months.. A computer something nice.. not too spiffy it will be running edubuntu, figured why not introduce him to the goodstuff at a young age. Told my friend about the plan with the computer and he said i’m brain washing my little brother into using linux from such a younger age when he doens’ tknow how much better the alternative is.. psssh w/e the technical aspects will make him stronger.. Strong will the source be in him.

This kid that i met at a video shoot is throwing some mothers day show on sunday, wanted me to take some pics for him (cover the event) but my damn cam hasn’t been purchased as yet. This really sucks.. but w/e sacrifice for the rebel xt in me .

One thing i noticed about this weekend past. I barely got to sit infront of my computer.. Its odd.

I sold my fuji finepix s5200 on saturday 29, April. I now have nothing but the crappy cam on my qtek 9100 for the next i dont even know how long.. My next purchase will be the digital rebel XT… yeh that is correct i have changed my mind from getting a rebel xti because i dont think the upgrades from the xt to xti is worth 250 at all. At least not to me. xti is basically xt + 2mp plus a few firmware upgrades.

If i’m lucky i can get a black xt.. I hate silver cameras my first ultra zoom camera was silver and it got ugly quickly.. Black all the way mang. Hopefully i can pull an Canon Rebel XT EOS 359D out of my hat by next month.

Now I’m contemplating selling my notebook.. I wanna upgrade to what I call the big juice.. the hp 6000t. this bitch is gonna kill tings

Yar so.. a friend of mine saw my qtek 9090 and then he was wowed.. into oblivion.. going on about i need one of these i need one of these. then later on that night, at one of my website linkups “http://animesynergy.com” he saw enigma/yatta sporting the brand new “at the time” qtek 9100 he immediately threw mine back at me and said yeah i need this i need this. The fellow actually bought it and bought into a lot of trouble too. it was just too much of a phone for him shortly after buying it less than 2 months he offered to sell starting at $35,000 jmd and quickly falling to $20’s.. i swooped in and picked it up for a price i refused to disclose, way below what it cost though.. and its immaculate.

Yeh i really enjoy having a pocket pc phone again. i know all my readers are probably saying oh dear he’s got a new tech item again just give him a few weeks to stop talking about it he’ll get something else but i beg to differ this’ll be the shit for quite some time, especially with the direction i’m going with my 876 network i gotta be on top of things all the time. planning plannning planning, schedule schedule schedule you get my drift.

today my senhieser hd202 and my altec lansing ahs302i arrived. the audio clarity on the senheiser is unbulievable.. i’m hearing things in the music i never heard before man.. love it.. kinda huge to walk with on the road but i just dont give a damn.. the altec lansing headset i got for skype mainly i love it as welll. its a fold up one too which kinda mkes it even cooler.. love it.

i have offcially closed my wallet for the month of november. i have purchased a cellphone, 2 high quality headphones and a new camera.. hmm close to 40k of spending.. i’ld say thats about enough… mind you 30 of that forty came form selling the old cam and the old phone but still.. i just feel bad.

So what have i been up to since my last post.. hmm i’ld say not much..

started eating well, cut down on the junk food and so on stop wasting as much money as i used to which is good it feels good to not be broke.

last event i went to was the toyota roll out put on by wheelsjamaica which was pretty interesting i went to ochi in a car full of chicks which was fun and not so fun at times.. overall a good experience though, an inexperienced ddriver who almost killed us 2 times. or maybe its more i just stopped counting after the first 2 times.

we took about 3 hours on a 1 hour journey sigh. its fine though we got there and back alive.

i won 2 prizes at the event in some q and a thing by miphone i have no clue where my prizes are and frankly at this point i dont even care. my fuji s3100 represented think i came back with like 400mb of pics a few came out blury cuase there were alot of motion pics.. the scenery was okay (scenery = women in bikini’s).

the finesse models did a one thing but frankly i tired of seeing them, and the chicks i went with kinda outshined the models, was quite funny actually they had thier own little shoot which totally ownerized the finesse model’s.

also in the process of selling my qtek 9090.. what i’m gonna buy with it i’m not too sure. saw a nice nokia that a friend has selling a 6111. looks neat enough.. tired of having a huge phone want something small that can fit in my pocket.

my temporary phone is a horrid samsung x150.. so nasty.. i hate it so much.. in the event that i just shut up and stop wining and use the samsung as my permanent phone i might buy a guitar with the cash from the qtek. electric an axel pro and finish teaching my self how to play.
thats about it really. work has been good, friends are fine, family is fine. everythings okay more or less. mannning and dacosta cup is my main focus at work right now. need to finish up the functionality on the site asap. and thats that.

on the social side of things.. i was supposed to have a movie night on friday. got cancelled got pushed to saturday.. and i kinda feel like it cancelled as well lets see how the rest of my saturday goes.

I bought this semi cool mp3 player the iriver T30 and i honestly loved it upon till the point wwhen i just started using linux and i pluged it in and nothing happend. I realized that i madde a big mistake in researching the device i didn’t check if it was plat form dependent.. the damn thing was dependent on windows media player or it would not work. if media player 10 was not present on the machine then you could not sync mp3s to it it would not even pick up the device at all.

My resolution was to sell the device and purchase a flash based mp3 player maybe a sansa or a muvo but then i got wind of a firmware upgrade software directly from iriver that allows conversion from MTP to UMS (USB MAS STORAGE – just like a thumb drive).

Finally did it at work today as i have no computer running any microsoft anything… on disconnecting the device it said please do not touch installing new firmware it rebooted i pluged it in to my nix book and bam there it was. So now i’m good to go.

Ontop of that my dear sister offered me an ipod (shufflel) but still its an ipod and its free so I accepted should be getting it some time next month.
