So i’m home for the weekend and extremely miserable as well because well.. duh i have no computer and i’m using my qtek to browse which has gone from being cool to being annoying because i cant do some of the things i want / need to do. so i visit go-jamaica.com and i was so happy/proud to see the first line on the the site

So the dell has been delivered according to the ups tracking number that i was given, which is all good and dandy but guess what i now need $40,000 the second half of the notebook. i sold my old one for 50 paid $40k used $10k to get a wireless router to keep me during the time without a notebook connected via my mobile ppc (qtek) using wifi. now i need to find $40k and i do mean asap

my options are..

the kritik who wants me to do a party site for him and i’ve been kinda dragging my foot

and greed and the kentech who i am doing a site for but there are a lil bit of holdups (pictures of the kentech crv in a controlled environment.

the plan.. do em both and get as much money as i can.. the kritik thing is on the back burner because not only am i dragging my foot he is dragging his. i asked the fellow to email me the information / specifications of what the site should be he sent me a picture of a banner wtf dood send me some info and cut the bs. as for the kentech we do the photoshoot this saturday and i guess the photoshopping takes place on sunday i’ll literally go take it to my designer who i haven’t seen in months (only do internet transactions). get em cleaned up and pop em in the template i chose to use with the baddest cms since slice bread (joomla) and i think i can finish that site in the same day i start it provided i have enough coffee to keep me going.

hmm its been pretty wierd the past couple of days, no notebook to go home and do anywork on at all. all i got is msn and a browser by way of the qtek 9090 i got some ebooks i really wanna read. i got some development frame works i’m really interested in testing out esp ruby on raills which seems to be one of the best things out there at the moment, i’m very interested in seeing it in action who knows i might just port all my applications to the ruby frame work which would include me re-writing the Gleaner Online Business Directory in ruby just for testing if i grasped ruby enough to use it in a large scale application.

This is my latest creation it isnt really made to be ne thing big, its just for me and a few friends that are really into photography, consists of a forum if other people wanna join up and request tips, sell photography equipment and so on. main site for articles and reviews and a gallery for showcasing pictures

I”m finally straight with em vb cats. I got the forum license the members over at the boards donated and we got the license. Thank god for that.

I’ve rejoined the workforce though in my eyes not in full effect but i’m liking the hours tho. 4 hours per day for the same paycheck as the last one.. to me is an improvment. also i still have time to run AnimeSynergy.com and help administer PartySyndicate.net so all in all i haven’t signed my life away which is what my last job at cssjamaica felt like.

The AnimeSynergy story has come quite a far way now I even got it printed off, currently reading to catch up so i can make some contribution posts.. I fell behind in the story :(. Just a quick blog entry from work I’ll hit ya’ll later with whats been going on with me as of late.. dad in the island shopping most weekends its been great believe me

its now 6 in the morning and I’ve yet to sleep Started working on some modules on my actual website and couldn’t stop untill i was finished. Still have one module to work on though then the actual color scheme for the site.. But its like sleep just shot me in the face with a gun saying “LAY DOWN”. I’m gonna go pass out now.
